Abstract

The slow and often asymptomatic nature of Glaucoma presents many challenges starting from early diagnosis, determining appropriate pressure goals and selecting suitable treatment method- topical drugs, lasers, or surgery. These put the attending doctor in a kind of dilemma and this instruction course is designed to stress upon the various quandaries faced by general Ophthalmologists as well as Glaucoma specialists including diagnosis and treatment of different stages of the disease and the best way out.
